Muscle Activation Technique (M.A.T.)

MAT is a form of corrective exercise.  It starts with a movement based assessment that is focused on the lower extremity, trunk & spine or upper extremities. The focus is on finding weakness and gaining mobility through strengthening.  It has been utilized by professional athletes and those looking to stay active at thier highest levels for years.  Very little equipment is required.

HOW DOES IT WORK

- 1/1 assessment programing to assess specific weakness

- Follow up evaluation to assess progress 

- Adjustments to exercise regimen as needed

-Build mobility through strength

-High level specific isolation of weak areas

-Find a path to improve performance, reduce pain, and improve mobility
